It will definitely have PvP

The Q&A session covers topics such as guilds, stash, multiplayer, trading, cheating, PvP, eSports, automated stats, skills, shrines, buy guild wars 2 gold kill combo bonuses, and the Cain rap.Q: Will you push Diablo 3 as an eSport game? A: It will definitely have PvP, but look at how StarCraft II is designed with this in mind, it's so important for StarCraft.

We would have to make quite a few compromises with the game to make eSport a cornerstone of Diablo 3. We will make PvP bigger than in Diablo 2, but our goal is not to take it to the progamer level.Q: Diablo 2 Guilds are basically needed in Diablo 3 in order to help you if you get killed, and to give you support when playing, what will be done in Diablo 3 to make guilds needed? A: We have not looked into making guilds yet as the game is so early in development, but we have some great ideas for encouraging people to make guilds. We want to avoid doing things that can ruin things for non-guilded players. We would love to do a lot of things that play into guilds.Q: Will there be another Cain rap song?

A: I'm not sure, was it us that made it (Bashiok: Yes, it was actually us). Well, then there are definitely the possibility.Q: Talking about guilds, will there be like a Guild Stash? A: We haven't started on that type of things yet. Battle.net isn't done yet. We've had some small small talks about it, that's it.Q: What is the circle in the middle of the inventory screen? A: It's a function we call the Talisman. It might not have a function in this build, I can't remember, but it's all about character customisation.

The major highlights of this build are many

The major highlights of this build are many: Abomination's Might, Bloody Vengeance, Annihiliation, Blood of the North, Improved Icy Talons, Frost Strike. The next build is probably a good deal more common for DPS and is a 51/13/7 Deep Blood build that gets Dancing Rune Blade, Annihilation and Epidemic.

This build would use a more complicated rotation because your diseases last longer: IT,PS,Oblit,HS,HS, then (skipping IT/PS) Oblit,HS,HS and repeating. I'm not sure yet how reliably you can pull this rotation. If you have to re-apply diseases every rotation then the points in epidemic are wasted and dropping unholy points for something like 53/18/0 would be better, once they fix Icy Talons to work without having Improved and assuming no Windfury totem in the raid.Compared with the BV/AM/FS build, this build benefits from increased crit damage on Oblits, more expertise and a bit more white damage along with 1 additional DPS cooldown (lose Unbreakable Armor, gain Dancing Rune Blade and Hysteria). You lose Improved Icy Talons, and a decent RP dump (Frost Strike) along with 1 less Obliterate every rotation because of losing Blood of the North.

Magical SpecMagical Spec will probably become a cookie-cutter Unholy spec. You grab 2-hand spec in Blood, Black Ice in Frost and the rest in Unholy. The rotation would basically drop BS entirely because of the lack of damage on it and look like: IT,PS,SS,Pest,Pest (or BB if tanking). Then a 2nd rotation of SS,SS,SS, before restarting. For this reason it makes a good AOE spec and a good tanking spec since you spam pestilence or BB for Death Runes to SS.

The experience required to level from 85 to 90 will be reduced by 33%

Be Prepared Hold on to some of those currencies you’ve been earning over the course of patch 5.2. The gear-upgrading Void Binders are returning in patch 5.3, but it will be cheaper to upgrade items using Valor and Justice Points. Upgradeable PvP items from Season 12 will be acceptable for advancement already afresh at their aboriginal costs. In addition, Heirloom items will be cheaper to upgrade, whether you’re using Justice Points, Honor Points, or Darkmoon Faire tickets. We’re also speeding up the leveling process from 85 to 90. Here are the details:

The experience required to level from 85 to 90 will be reduced by 33%. Time to dust off those alts! The Void Binders are coming back! Items upgraded with Valor will now cost 250 Valor Points to upgrade per 4 Item Levels, for a total of 500 Valor for 8 Item Levels per item. This applies retroactively to all items that can be upgraded using Valor. Items upgraded with Justice will now cost 750 Justice Points to upgrade for 8 Item Levels. They can only be upgraded once, for a total of 750 Justice and 8 Item Levels per item. This applies retroactively to all items that can be upgraded using Justice.

Malevolent Gladiator’s Conquest (Season 12) items that accept upgrades accessible will still be upgradable at their aboriginal Conquest Point costs (750 Conquest Points per 4 Item Levels, with two upgrades possible). Dreadful Gladiator’s Honor (Season 12) items that have upgrades available will still be upgradable at their original costs (one upgrade at a cost of 750 1500 Honor Points for 8 Item Levels).
